I am a qualified Person Centred and Online / Telephone Counsellor.
Qualifications and professional memberships;
- Diploma in Person Centred Counselling
- Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
- Certificate in Addictions
- Certificate in Understanding Autism
- Member of the BACP ( British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists)
- I am registered under the Disclosure Scotland PVG Scheme
About the service
I offer a client focused, talking therapy either face to face, or if you prefer to talk from the comfort of your home / office, I can offer online or telephone counselling. If the weather permits, I am able to offer walking therapy.
I understand that this may seem very daunting and perhaps overwhelming as you seek help from a professional. I will do my very best to make you feel comfortable, heard and supported throughout your counselling journey.
Duration
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
The first session will be 50 minutes of discovery where I will gather information about you.
Each session is £55
When you can't look on the bright side, I will sit with you in the dark.
